A ceremonial event dedicated to the Day of the Health Worker took place in the Slonim Center of Culture and Recreation.
Slonim health care workers, along with colleagues from all over the country, traditionally celebrate their professional holiday on the third Sunday of June.
The guests were congratulated by Ekaterina Yanovna Rutkovskaya, Deputy Chairman of the Slonim District Executive Committee. Ekaterina Yanovna noted no specialty can match that with a medical profession by the complexity and importance. She also congratulated everyone who was present today in the hall and all those who stayed in the workplace, next to their patients. Separate words of gratitude were expressed to veterans of health services.
With warm words of congratulations on this day, the heads of the healthcare of Slonim district addressed the audience: Galina Moiseyenkova, head physician of the Slonim CRH, Victor Shepelevich, the chief state doctor of the Slonim district, Elena Pavlovna Kurtsevich, head of the central regional pharmacy No. 61 in Slonim district, Andrey Gripich, director of the Slonim State Medical College and Tatiana Vladimirovna Grabun, acting head physician of the UZ “Slonim regional hemotransfusion station”
On this day the best specialists were awarded certificates of appreciation and thank-you-notes. Slonim variety art actors congratulated the workers of the most humane profession with songs and dances.
